Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Al Dente Cooking School! We are excited to offer you a unique and memorable culinary experience. Before proceeding with your booking, please carefully read the following terms and conditions.

Reservations and Payments

For each booking made at Al Dente Cooking School, a deposit payment is required at the time of booking the service. The booking will be considered confirmed only after the deposit has been received.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can cancel your booking up to 7 days before the scheduled start time of the experience to receive a full refund of the deposit paid.
If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the scheduled start time of the experience, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Any modifications to the booking requested less than 7 days before the scheduled start time of the experience will not be accepted.

Liability

By participating in our cooking classes, you agree to follow all instructions provided by the chefs and staff to ensure safety during the activity. Al Dente Cooking School will not be responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from participation in the courses.

Changes and Cancellations by Al Dente Cooking School

We reserve the right to cancel or modify a cooking class due to force majeure or an insufficient number of participants. In such cases, we will offer customers an alternative or a full refund.
