In this small, family-style cooking school, participants learn to make fresh mozzarella with their own hands in a warm and welcoming kitchen. After shaping it and tasting it while still slightly warm, it is served as an appetizer alongside a Caprese salad made with fresh tomatoes and a few slices of prosciutto.
Using the mozzarella made during the class, participants then move on to the stove to prepare a simple and delicious pan-cooked Sorrentina-style gnocchi, concluding the experience with a warm, gooey, and convivial dish.

After cooking, you can enjoy your meal on a beautiful terrace in a convivial atmosphere. The meal will be accompanied by a small glass of homemade limoncello to perfectly end the experience.
