Pizza Making Lessons

Discover the art of Neapolitan pizza, a UNESCO World Heritage tradition, and become a master pizzaiolo for a day!

Your experience will begin with a tasting of our own locally produced olive oil, served on a slice of toasted bread, followed by fresh cow’s milk mozzarella resting on a lemon leaf, an ingredient that will enhance the flavors of our pizza.

You will learn about the ingredients and techniques needed to create the perfect dough, which you will prepare from scratch with your own hands. Using pre-risen dough, you will top and bake your pizza in a traditional wood-fired oven, then enjoy it outdoors, surrounded by lemon trees and the songs of birds. The experience will conclude with a delicious dessert and a tasting of our homemade limoncello, made from lemons picked from the very trees around you.

What will you learn?

During this lesson, our expert pizzaiolo will guide you through every step of the process:

  • The perfect dough: Learn how to make a soft and flavorful dough using traditional techniques and local ingredients.
  • Authentic toppings: You’ll use a homemade tomato sauce made from tomatoes grown and harvested in the garden surrounding our home. You’ll also pick fresh basil to add the perfect finishing touch to your pizza. Plus, there will be a surprise ingredient for you to customize your special creation!
  • Traditional baking: Discover the secrets of baking in a wood-fired oven for an authentic Neapolitan pizza experience

At the end of the lesson, you’ll savor your freshly baked pizza, paired with a glass of local wine, followed by a Nutella pizza for dessert, and a final toast with our homemade limoncello in a beautiful garden filled with the scent of lemons and a stunning sea view.
